Pinellas County has announced an extension to the application deadline for emergency storm repairs to docks and seawalls damaged by Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. The new deadline is February 10, 2025.

Residents and business owners affected by these hurricanes now have additional time to request applications and complete necessary repairs to their waterfront structures.

To request an application or for more information, individuals are encouraged to contact the Water and Navigation Department at (727) 453-3385 or via email at WaterNavPermits@pinellas.gov. Further details can also be found on the county’s website at Pinellas County Docks, Dredge, and Fill.

This extension aims to provide relief and support to those still dealing with the aftermath of the storms, ensuring their properties are restored and protected from future weather events.
