Happy holidays, Pinellas County! This season, Largo Central Park transforms into a festive wonderland with the return of the Holiday Lights and Carnival Rides celebration from November 28 to December 29. Presented by the City of Largo, this free event features over 2.5 million LED lights, creating a magical display perfect for a family-friendly night out.

Stroll through illuminated pathways, surrounded by dazzling lights that bring the holiday spirit to life. Dogs are welcome as long as they’re leashed, so even your furry friends can enjoy the festive atmosphere. Note that this is a walking tour only—golf carts, electric bikes, and motorized vehicles are not allowed.

Illuminated Carnival Rides to Celebrate the Season

The carnival rides add extra fun with a classic carousel and Ferris wheel open for all. Carousel riders must be at least 36 inches tall, and children between 36 and 56 inches can enjoy the Ferris wheel with an adult. Tickets are $6 per ride or $50 for 10 rides, and attractions close at 10 p.m. nightly.

Local vendors will offer tasty treats and unique items, so you can snack and shop as you enjoy the lights and events.

Holiday Tree Lighting & Stroll

Largo’s Holiday Tree Lighting & Stroll lights up the night on December 7 from 6 p.m. in Largo Central Park. Enjoy live performances, festive lights, and free photos with Santa from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Food and drink vendors will be on-site with delicious treats, and the Strolling Market will feature local artisans and crafters for holiday shopping.
