As Clearwater rebounds from the impact of Hurricanes Helene and Milton, the city introduces a monthly event series, Clearwater’s Last Friday, to unite families. This free series begins with a “Fall-O-Ween” celebration on Friday, Oct. 25, from 3 to 10 p.m. at Coachman Park in Downtown Clearwater.

Acknowledging our community’s current challenges—from debris cleanup to home repairs—this event offers a safe and enjoyable Halloween alternative, complete with resources and support for those affected by the storms. The festivities will feature a candy trail hosted by various nonprofits, vendors, and community partners.

Event Schedule:

  • 3 p.m.: Candy Trail opens, food and beverages, DJ, beer and wine, family-friendly activities
  • 5 p.m.: World Stage Dancers Performance
  • 6:30 p.m.: Children’s Costume Contest on The Green
  • 7 p.m.: World Stage Dancers Performance
  • 7:30 p.m.: “Casper” Movie Screening
  • 8 p.m.: LOVE STORY – A Taylor Swift Tribute Band Performance on The Green
  • 9 p.m.: World Stage Dancers Performance

October’s event includes a children’s costume contest, a candy trail featuring local vendors and Pinellas County Jeeps members, a screening of the Halloween classic “Casper,” and a live performance by Love Story: A Taylor Swift Tribute Band. Families are invited to enjoy food, activities, and live entertainment in a safe and festive environment at Coachman Park.
