Amazon plans to add 12,000 workers in Florida as the holiday season approaches, with pay starting at $18 per hour. A variety of roles are available, including full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions.

According to Natalie Banke, an Amazon representative, the company is looking for “pickers, packers, stowers, and problem solvers,” among other roles.

“Seasonal jobs at Amazon provide competitive wages, flexible hours, and a chance to engage in the retail industry during its peak season,” the company stated in a press release. “Many of these temporary positions have the potential to lead to full-time roles after the holidays.”

Seasonal workers can access comprehensive benefits, including health care, right from their start date. 

“Employees who remain with Amazon can expect an average pay increase of 15% within their first three years,” the company added.
